Photographing people is something I just love doing. I find it comes naturally to me, capturing the personality of my subject without making anyone pose too much in front of my camera. These spontaneous moments are what my portraiture style is all about. I do like to do some more ‘formal’ fun shots too, like all holding hands in a line, having kids all bundled together or Mum & Dad with little people on their shoulders etc. Even within these shots there are the spontaneous moments of laughter or affection that are just as important to me to capture
& make the shoot all the more fun.
I like to photograph using natural light, so outdoor photos in your garden or a local park are always lovely. I also have studio lighting that I can set up in your home so we can get some studio lit images on a white background. I can combine both these styles within your portrait session, giving you a fabulous mix of shots to choose from.
Once I have edited all your photographs, I will pop back & take you through the slideshow of images & chat about your chosen prints & the different framing options & printed products I offer. Such products include beautiful bespoke frames & acrylics, photograph albums and canvas prints.
